Refund Policy

 

As Endless Prowl is comprised of one person creating and embroidering the garments and attempts to create no waste, EP does not accept change of mind returns or exchanges.

Endless Prowl will only accept a return or exchange if you contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and there is a major problem with the item(s) received is/are not the item(s) listed on your order. In this case, the full price of the garment(s) will be refunded (less shipping) upon return.

Shipping Policy

Flat-rate shipping ($7.50) within Australia via Sendle.

 

International shipping ranges from $17-35 dollars based on the weight of your parcel.

 

Free shipping on orders over $300.

​

Orders will be dispatched within 14  business days of your order, upon dispatch a tracking number will be emailed to the email you have provided.
